"this rally... is about gathering people who believe in the power of prayer, who believe in calling unto God for a work bigger than the sum of ourselves, for an outpouring of God's Spirit which God has already promised to us. when revival tarries, it is not cos it's not time yet... but more that His people are not ready for it yet. God had wanted to bring the Israelites into the promised land... but they were not ready as a people to inherit that Promise...
"will we ready ourselves to inherit what God has in store for us? this is our time. will we rise up to lay claim? we will get down on our knees?"
